There are no specific limitations on when or how often you can utilize Recovery boots. However, optimal results are typically achieved when they are employed within 2-3 hours following your workout. Nevertheless, they can also be beneficial before training sessions, on rest days, or during mornings or evenings after prolonged periods of standing. Our general recommendation is for a single session lasting 30 minutes daily, although you have the flexibility to customize your session duration, extending it up to 90 minutes. For pre-exercise warm-ups, even a brief period of 15 minutes under high pressure can suffice. Conversely, for post-workout recovery, sessions lasting 50-60 minutes or longer, focusing on relaxation through compression, are viable. Ultimately, there are no strict guidelines regarding duration or frequency of use; the key is to ensure that the experience remains comfortable and enjoyable for you.
It’s crucial to maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of your recovery boots and machine. Please refrain from using them on dirty or sweaty legs. We recommend using them after a shower or with clean pants for optimal hygiene. If cleaning is necessary, utilize a damp cloth and allow the boots to air dry naturally; avoid using electrical dryers, and keep them away from fire, direct sunlight, or any heat source. It’s important to prevent water from entering the machine as it is not water resistant. Avoid washing the boots in a washing machine or immersing them in a large bath or bowl of water. Similarly, refrain from using laundry dryers or similar devices for drying.

The number of chambers in compression boots can impact their effectiveness and comfort, but whether more chambers are better depends on various factors, including individual preferences and specific therapeutic goals.
Having more chambers typically allows for a more precise and customizable compression experience. With a greater number of chambers, the compression can be distributed more evenly across the legs, providing a more comprehensive and targeted massage effect. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with specific areas of concern or those seeking more thorough recovery after intense physical activity.
Additionally, more chambers often enable a sequential compression pattern, where each chamber inflates and deflates in a specific order, mimicking the natural pumping action of the muscles and enhancing circulation.
However, it’s essential to consider that more chambers may also increase the complexity of the device and potentially the cost. Moreover, some users may find that too many chambers lead to a cumbersome or uncomfortable experience.
In summary, while more chambers in compression boots can offer advantages in terms of customization and effectiveness, the optimal number ultimately depends on individual preferences, therapeutic needs, and comfort levels. It’s essential to try different options and consult with healthcare professionals to determine the best fit for your specific requirements.
